Our web-based
manuscript handling system lets authors submit papers and track their
progress; it also permits reviewers to access and comment on manuscripts.
If you are using the system for the first time, please click the ‘Register’ button at the top and enter the requested information. Returning users click the ‘Login’ button at the top and enter their username and password. To submit a manuscript: please click ‘Submit a manuscript’ button at the top. You will then be asked to “Login” using your username and password and enter the requested information. If you have not already registered with the system you will need to do so before submitting your manuscript.
