The ‘View Reviews and Comments’ link is available at the top of the page.  The ‘View Reviews and Comments’ page contains all previous and currently submitted reviews and Editor Decisions, as well as the Author’s ‘Response to Reviewers’ (if the ‘Respond to Reviewers’ submission step is enabled).
