View Decision Letter

The ‘View Decision Letter’ link will appear in the Action column of Reviewer assignment lists depending upon the permissions granted in RoleManager. 

To Configure:  Depending upon permissions granted in Reviewer RoleManager, the Reviewer can access the Decision letter that was sent to the Author from the journal.  Go to System Administrator Functions, RoleManager, Reviewer Role, and click on ‘Edit’ next to each Reviewer role.  The permission to display the Decision letter can be found under the heading ‘General Permissions’.  To allow the Reviewer access to the Decision letter, check the appropriate box.

There are also two sub-permissions: ‘View Unblinded Version’ will display the same version of the Decision letter received by the Author, and ‘View Blinded Version’ will display a version of the Decision letter without Author information (if one exists).
