Standard Author Main Menu

The standard Author Main Menu includes the following folders: 'New Submissions', 'Revisions', and 'Decisions'.

New Submissions

-          ‘Submit New Manuscript’ - Brings user to the ‘Submit New Manuscript’ interface

-          ‘Incomplete Submissions’ - Submissions that have been started but no PDF has been created

-          ‘Submissions Waiting for Author's Approval’ - Submissions that have been built, the PDF is created, and the Author must View and Approve it before it can be submitted to the journal

-          ‘Submissions Being Processed’ - Submissions that have been submitted to the journal and are in the peer review process

Revisions

-          ‘Submissions Needing Revision’ - Submissions that have Revise Decision and are waiting for the Author to submit their revised files

-          ‘Incomplete Revisions’ - Revisions that have been started but no PDF has been created

-          ‘Revisions Waiting for Author's Approval’ - Revisions that have been built, the PDF is created, and the Author must View and Approve it before it can be submitted to the journal

-          ‘Revisions Being Processed’ - Revisions that have been submitted to the journal and are in the peer review process

-          ‘Declined Revisions’ - Submissions that the Author has decided not to revise

Decisions

-          ‘Submissions with a Decision’ - All submissions that have had a Decision and/or a Final Disposition of Accept, Reject or Withdrawn.
