Reviewer Attachments

If the Journal Office has enabled this permission, then Reviewers may download source files, annotate them as needed, and upload them back into the system.  As part of the ‘Submit Recommendation’ process, Reviewers may want to upload annotated files, non-manuscript files such as images or related materials.
