Enter Article Type

The Author must select an Article type that best describes his manuscript from the drop-down menu (configured by the journal).  The Article Type designation determines which additional steps will be displayed.  This information becomes part of the submission metadata and is displayed on the submission’s ‘Details’ page and on the PDF cover sheet, as well as in many other places in the EM system.  This step is required and the Author cannot proceed without first entering a title.
