Asking Reviewers to suggest other qualified Reviewers

When a Reviewer ‘Declines’ an assignment, the system automatically asks that Reviewer to suggest other potential Reviewers. 

To Configure:  You must create a letter in PolicyManager under ‘Edit Letters’.  The letter should include the merge field %COMMENTS_TO_EDITOR%.  This merge field will insert the comments from the Reviewer if any were entered into the textbox by the Reviewer.  When the letter is created go to ActionManager and then to the role that will be receiving this message from the Reviewer.  Click on the drop-down box next to the ‘Reviewer Decline’ event and choose the appropriate letter.
