Packaging, Transport, Storage & Security of Radioactive Material (formerly the International Journal of Radioactive Materials Transport) covers all aspects of the transport of radioactive materials, including regulations, package design, safety analysis, package testing, routine operations and experiences, storage and security, and accident and emergency planning. It is the only international peer reviewed journal exclusively devoted to the transport of radioactive materials. It is essential reading for scientists, engineers, designers and regulators concerned with the safe storage and transport of radioactive materials.

As well as scientific and technical papers and notes, the journal publishes letters to the Editor, news from the International Atomic Energy Agency and other statutory bodies, and reviews of relevant books and conferences. Contributions of the latter type, which do not require formal peer review, should be emailed direct to the Editor, not loaded onto the online system.

Packaging, Transport, Storage & Security of Radioactive Material occasionally publishes special issues focusing on topics of current interest. Information about special issues is posted on the journal homepage. Proposals for special issues are welcome and should be addressed to the Editor.

• DO NOT include figures in your manuscript file: upload figures separately.

• DO NOT use Word 2007 equations since these cannot be used for typesetting and will result in delays in the processing of your paper. Equations must be produced using the Word 2003 equation editor or Mathtype.

• DO NOT use Word for figure formatting - use accepted figure formats such as .jpeg or .tif

• TAKE CARE to ensure that labels and legends in figures and tables are checked for accuracy and spelling: correction work may delay the processing of your paper.

Please use the username and password provided in your invitation and log in as 'Reviewer'. You may view and/or download papers assigned to you to review, submit your comments for the Executive Editors and authors, and track the progress of your assignments through the system.
