New Users

This site is for new manuscripts only (and their revisions).

You must register before you can use the site: Click on the "Register" button from the navigation menu at the top of this screen and enter the requested information. Upon successful registration you will receive an e-mail with instructions to verify your registration.

Once you have received e-mail confirmation of your username and password you will be able to submit a new manuscript, track the progress of a manuscript, or accept a review assignment. It is not necessary to register a second time. Reregistering will cause delays in processing your submission.

 Returning Users

To access the system: Click on the "Login" button on the navigation menu at the top of this screen, enter your username and password and then click on the role appropriate to you (Author, Reviewer, Editor, etc.).

To change your username and password: Log onto the system and click on "Update My Information" on the navigation menu at the top of this screen. At the top of the Update My Information screen, click the "Change Password" button and follow the directions.

To change your contact information: All users of the system must update any changes in contact information. To make the changes click on "Update My Information" on the navigation menu at the top of the screen, and make the necessary changes.

Forgot your password? If you have forgotten your password, click the "Login" button and click "Forget Your Password?" at the bottom of the Login screen and follow the directions.

To view a manuscript: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader v. 5.0 (or higher) to view files created by this system. Click here to download this free software.

Authors Please Note

To upload your manuscript: The following submission file formats are supported: Word (preferred) and LaTex for manuscript text, EPS, Postscript, and TIFF for graphics. PDF is not an acceptable file format.

Please upload your manuscript to the system only ONCE. After uploading, your manuscript will be automatically formatted as a PDF file and you will be sent an e-mail requesting that you approve your submission. You must approve your submission before it can be assigned to an Editor.

Reviewers Please Note

To access the system: Click on the "Login" button on the navigation menu at the top of this screen and log onto the system as Reviewer. You may view and/or download manuscripts assigned to you for review, submit your comments for editors and authors, and track the progress of your assigned manuscripts through the system.

To accept/decline an invitation to review a manuscript: You must click the "Accept" or "Decline" button as soon as possible after receipt of the e-mail asking you to review a manuscript.
