Editorial Objectives
The Journal for Nurses in Staff Development is the official
publication of the National Nursing Staff Development Organization (NNSDO)
and is designed for staff development educators as a source of information
on (1) planning, implementing, and evaluating staff development and inservice
educational activities; (2) administration of staff development or inservice
education departments; (3) research; (4) technological and other innovations;
(5) issues in staff development and/or inservice education; and (6) patient
