Culture

At Aries, we take great pride in our work because we believe that what we build here matters. Thousands of customers and literally millions of global users rely on our Web based SaaS products to provide a complete workflow solution for their submission, editorial management, peer review, production tracking and publishing channel distribution needs. From the leading edge of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s research to deep sea and space exploration, our software plays a quiet yet essential role in bringing knowledge to the world.

Unlike many software companies, we don’t subscribe to the notion that a 60 hour work week equates to a better product, user experience or service. At Aries we actively encourage our employees to develop a family friendly work/life balance without laboring under the yoke of constant overtime. We complement this philosophy with an approachable leadership team, unparalleled stability, a casual low stress environment and an ongoing commitment to employee development. This formula enables a culture where talented people thrive.

If you would like to be part of a dedicated team of intelligent professionals working in a collegial atmosphere – Aries has something to offer. If you have been looking for a state-of-the-art home where collaborative thinking and creativity are truly valued, appreciated and encouraged, then end your job search here with us. Aries is where you belong.
