Eighth Annual Editorial Manager User Group Meeting
June 17 & 18, 2010
Le Méridien Cambridge

The eighth annual Editorial Manager User Group (EMUG) meeting has been set for
June 17 & 18 at Le Méridien Cambridge in the scholarly setting of Cambridge, Massachusetts.

The two-day meeting will feature helpful presentations, tutorials and interactive sessions on the use of Editorial Manager and other relevant topics in publishing. This year's seminars include a return of last year's successful EM "bootcamp" for new users, as well as numerous new sessions for returning attendees. Click here [pdf] for a complete catalog of this year's sessions.

Aries Systems Corporation invites you to join us on Thursday evening, June 17th at 5:00 PM for a cocktail reception and light hors d'oeuvres with other users and staff from Aries Systems.

We have arranged a group rate of $279 per night at Le Méridien for Wednesday, June 16 and Thursday, June 17. To book a room, call the hotel directly at +1 (617) 577-0200 and let the reservation staff know that you are attending the Editorial Manager User Group. Room availability is limited, so book now!

Registration fee is $150 per attendee. After submitting the registration form, you will be able to download the payment submittal form. If you need to download the payment form separately, it can also be downloaded here. [pdf]

Please note, this year we are pleased to offer ISMTE members a discount of $50.00 on the registration fee. We kindly request you note your membership on your payment form. Please contact sheger@ariessys.com should you have any questions or concerns.

This year, we would like to encourage the attendance of journal editors, so each paid registration includes a free registration for an accompanying editor. If you wish to take advantage of this offer, please note the name and e-mail address of the accompanying editor in the appropriate section of your online registration form and ensure the editor completes an online registration (omitting the payment form).

To register, fill out and submit the form below. A payment submittal form will be provided at the end of the process.

*First and last name, e-mail address, and either a publication, publisher, or company name are required. If you are including an editor's name for the complimentary registration,
