Sharing interests and experiences
Themes presented at the ICAAR conferences vary broadly, from strictly
fundamental to more applied, of which each delegate is free to select to
suit own particular interests. At the 13th ICAAR, one session will be
dedicated to workshops on selected themes, to share hands-on experience and
enhance communication between colleague researchers. Necessary equipment and
instrumentation will be accessible, and pre-registration will be available
in due time through the interactive ICAAR website.
In order to sustain communication after the 13th ICAAR,
the ICAAR website will remain available and serve as an info-plaza.
Guided poster session
All regular ICAAR contributions will in addition be delivered on a poster,
also to be included in the Proceedings. Posters will be presented in one
minute mini-talks in a separate guided poster session after the technical
sessions, to create extra opportunity for discussion in an informal
atmosphere. The posters will also be included on the Proceedings disc.
Exhibition
Exhibition space at the conference venue is available but limited.
Applicants will be helped on a first-come, first-serve basis. Details will
be provided in the next circular.
Language
The official language of the 13th ICAAR will be English. No simultaneous
translation services will be available.
Conference Proceedings
All papers and posters accepted at the 13th ICAAR will be published
digitally on disc, with author and keyword indices, high resolution
printable and fully searchable. In addition, a booklet with Program &
Abstracts will be provided. One copy of both Proceedings disc and Program &
Abstracts booklet are included in the registration fee. |
